Thanksgiving week was amazing! I had the joy of visiting my incredible clients and sharing a little Thanksgiving treat with them. While I couldn’t capture pictures with all of them due to time, their smiles and gratitude truly warmed my heart.

I am deeply grateful to God for blessing me with such wonderful clients who make my work so fulfilling. I value and appreciate each and every one of them, and it’s my prayer that God continues to bless them abundantly to enjoy these thoughtful moments.

If you know what to expect and you have a knowledgeable team of real estate and mortgage lending professionals to assist you finding and financing your first home can be an exciting and rewarding experience. Here's what you need to know 👇

1. Obtain a mortgage preliminary approval before you begin house hunting-learn how much you can purchase

3. Make a purchase offer-your real estate agent presents your offer to the seller, who will then choose to accept, counter or reject the offer. When the price is settled, you and the seller sign a purchase agreement defining the terms of sale.

4. Complete the loan application process.
