Just came home from another class. My son told me he had growth pain in his leg. I got my oil out and started massaging the leg. Could feel the tight muscles pretty good. It took me not even 10 minutes and the leg didn't hurt anymore. YES! It works!

Hot and Cold Stone massages this week. Just wonderful for relaxation. Feels like vacation.

Did as many massages as I could in my school free days. Now back to the classroom for some weeks. Thank you for helping me out and being massage testers! I enjoyed it as much as you :-)

Doing a massage on friends now every day, since I don't have school for a couple days. The input they give me is very helpful. I have to get better in shoulder and neck massage since that is what people ask for all the time!

I had my first massage today on a "stranger" -friend. Out of the save school setting. That was different! But we both enjoyed it. A lot more to go....

Part II of Therapeutic Massage. Now we are going into deeper tissue. Amazing to feel muscles in my body responding to a therapists work.

This week we learn a lot of how to start a business. Great teachers at Body Wisdom Massage School in Urbandale!

I just looked back what I learned the last 2 weeks. Its a lot! Last Saturday I attended a chair massage event at Blank's Children's Hospital with my classmates and tomorrow I will do an entire full body massage out of memory! Still lot's to learn but the beginning is made.

I'm very happy to introduce you to my new adventure in life. A week ago I started school to become a licensed Massage Therapist with the State of Iowa. What started many years ago in Germany will hopefully end in a certification in Fall 2016. Follow me how I grow and I hope I see you one day in my studio for a relaxing massage!
