Thereโs always time for self-care. Even if youโre spinning a bajillion plates and you canโt remember what day of the week it is. All you need is 30 seconds. You sure you donโt have time to self-careโฆ? Yeah, didnโt think so. ๐ญ
Here are three ways to self-care in 1 minute or less:
๐ Breathe in for 4. Hold for 4. Exhale for 8. Repeat three times.
๐ Get a glass. Fill it with water. Drink it. Hello hydration.
๐ Stand up. Shake your body like a polaroid picture. Youโll feel ridiculous. Thatโs okay.

With our ever-increasing sedentary postures, it can lead to altered biomechanics in the shoulder and cause this muscle to be loaded up with a significant amount of scar tissue. When this happens it puts more strain on the joints and tendons, often leading to rotator cuff tears and cartilage problems.โฃ Treatment of the Infraspinatus Muscle also tends to be too compressive, which doesnโt allow for accurate tissue slide and tension to properly get rid of the Scar Tissue formation in the muscle.
โฃ๐๐๐ค๐-๐๐จ๐ฆ๐: When assessing and looking at shoulder pain most practitioners look at the effect of it, which presents in the Supraspinatus tendon or the joint of the shoulder.
