We had so much vision for this house and it’s been so rewarding to see it all come to life!

Sometimes dropping calories or increasing cardio isn’t the answer.
If you’ve been eating low calories & doing high cardio for a while not seeing progress, it’s probably because your body is depleted.
Your body has been running on too little for too long, and your metabolism has adapted because of this, causing you to burn less calories at rest & store more fat.
Here’s 4 signs your depleted
⛽️You train hard, stick to the plan, & eat healthy, but you look soft & inflamed.
⛽️ You’re exhausted but still don’t sleep 7+ hours. You wake up throughout the night and struggle falling back asleep.
⛽️You either don’t have an appetite, or you’re extremely hungry & constantly thinking about food. This isn’t normal, it’s a stress signal.
⛽️ You lost your period or have an irregular cycle now. Many factors can play into an irregular period, but if nothing else has changed, it’s probably a sign your body is stressed & depleted.
