Schedule for March is available. It's a small one this month as I will be out starting March 18th for a medical procedure and I'll be unavailable through April. I'll post the May schedule sometime in April. I look forward to connecting with you all soon.

Here's the schedule of open appointments for February. The appointment book is filling up so much so that I added a few extra spots on a coveted Saturday mid morning/early afternoon.

I accept all appointment requests in the order in which they were received.

Don't forget as the year is coming to a close that Urbandale Massage Therapy is set up to accept FSA or HSA cards. Don't want to use the funds on band-aids and other supplies for your cabinets as you have for the past years, come spend your funds on yourself.

How many workplaces have some sort of Employee Resource or wellness program around mental health. There have been studies to show that these programs miss the mark befiase they dont address the core problem that is effecting mental health at work.
