Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School

We got some great upcoming one-day (8:30 AM-5:30 PM) classes that are still open for enrollment! This is the perfect opportunity to cross some continuing education credits off your to-do list, or just to come in and learn some great new techniques to add to your toolbox. ☑️

Courses include "I've Got Your Back- Special Back Techniques" (9/01/26), "Crazy Good Neck Work II" (9/04/26), and "Move Freely- Hips & Pelvis" (9/14/26). These are all one day, 8 hour courses that run from 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, with an included lunch break.

Our next T.P.T. (Touch Point Tuesday, not trigger point therapy) will be on August 11th, from 6-7:30 PM! 🦉
This is a great opportunity for LMTs, BW alumni, current students, or anyone interested/considering joining the field of bodywork to come in and have a free-flowing discussion. There's no pressure or expectations- just seeing where the conversation takes us, answering any questions, sharing stories and tips/tricks, etc.

We are excited to announce we have a few last-minute spots open for our upcoming CE course, "Stand Your Ground- Legs & Feet"! For anyone looking to fulfill continuing education credits or wanting to expand their massage therapy skillset, this one-day class is an amazing one to add to your toolbox.

"Stand Your Ground- Legs & Feet" will be taking place at Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School on Friday, July 24, 2026, from 8:30 AM-5:30 PM (with an included lunch break). 👣

It’s hard to find a client who has not experienced leg, ankle or foot problems at some point in their lives- and for many clients, finding a massage therapist who specializes in these problems can truly change their lives for the better. After taking “Stand Your Ground- Legs & Feet", you could be the massage therapist these people are actively seeking out!

In this 8-hour/one-day course, we will be looking at leg, ankle and foot mobility, stability and common restrictions. We will also take a detailed look at the ankle through all its planes of movement, and how it relates to the many activities of daily living and the limitations that can occur due to poor body mechanics, overuse or traumatic injury, at work and in the clients’ daily lives.

It's almost time for our next Touch Point Tuesday session- on July 14th! Please join us at Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School from 6-7:30 pm for this month's theme- life after graduation.
This discussion is open for current students, alumni, and of course, anyone interested in pursuing massage therapy. We encourage all sorts of discussion, but would love to hear about your stories, experiences, the highs and the learning curves, and everything else that comes with this career.
We hope to see you there! (We will make an optional Facebook event as well to RSVP to in case that helps to remind anyone!)
