Today’s full foil + custom color correction*** (keep reading)

When I say correction, I don’t mean the color needed to be fixed, but that every strand needed attention since our inspo was a cooler tone than the previous painted balayage (warmer) blonde and bronzy brown we did about 6 months ago.

Last time was her first appointment with me and she wanted to try at painted balayage instead of a lived in foil.

I think everyone should get a paint job at least once in their life because it’s a different experience and result than foil. There is something magical about being painted but at the end of the day foils can get lighter and cooler results which works better for some skin tones and desired look.

Stephanie’s blonding > 1st photo right by the window; 2nd more indirect lighting. We packed in a lot foils while still ensuring they will still grow out smooth for lower maintenance 🤩
