Two of the most important areas I focus on with filler are the mid face AND the lower face/jawline — because these areas work synergistically together to create the best, most natural results.
When we restore support through the mid face, we help create lift, soften heaviness, and improve overall facial structure. But if we only treat the cheeks without addressing the lower face, the result can still feel incomplete.
That’s where lower face support comes in 👏🏼 Supporting the angle of the mandible and the chin helps strengthen the framework of the face, improve definition, and create balance from top to bottom. The chin especially plays a HUGE role in facial harmony and lower face support — it’s one of my absolute favorite areas to treat.
The magic happens when these areas are treated TOGETHER 💉 Mid face support + jawline/chin support = structure, balance, lift, and beautifully natural results.
And this patient absolutely saw the difference and loved her results 🫶🏼 Sometimes subtle support in the right places changes everything
⭐️ Side note - why is this patient so significant? Because it’s easy to sn**ch a young patient whose face is full of collagen - it’s a whole different ball game when the patient is older and has a lot more physical changes, that’s accompanied by bone loss, collagen loss and elastin loss. I personally am not impressed when an injector shows a change in a young patient. I want to see patients like this! And this is why this patients changes mean so much to me!
