Just wanted to post a quick reminder of proper “client etiquette” when coming in for you lash appointments.

1️⃣. MASK MUST BE WORN for the entirety of your service. No exceptions!

2️⃣. Please no extra guests permitted at your appointment. Not only do we want to keep the number of ppl in and enclosed area to a minimum due to Covid, but bringing in extra guests will result in more talking/conversations which, we will get to why we want to avoid that shortly.

3️⃣. Arrive with clean lashes! Lash extensions do not like to stick to dirty lashes (this includes any natural oils from your skin through the day). This creates an artificial bond to the natural lash which will result in premature fallout. I can offer a complimentary lash bath but this will cut into your appointment time and we want to utilize as much time as we can applying the extensions. So wash prior to coming.

4️⃣. Please either silence your phone before the service starts or refrain from using your phone. It’s a general distraction, you’ll either have to ask me to read texts or help answer calls which takes away from time I could be applying lashes or you would have to open your eyes to use your phone which brings me to my next point.

5️⃣. Once the owner lash tape is applied, please keep your eyes closed until the tape is removed. If you are continuously opening your eyes not only can this make the under eye tape bubble but fumes from the adhesive can also get into your eyes causing irritation.

6️⃣. We all love good girl talk and lash appointments somehow seem like therapy but please keep talking to a minimum during your lash appointment. A lot of our eyes twitch when we talk or we talk with our hands or our bodies in general which can become a problem when it comes to isolating the natural lashes and placing the lash extensions.
