Reggie Hilliard is a Professional Barber and Educator from Richmond, California, with over 13 years of experience in the grooming industry. He began his journey in 2011 studying Cosmetology at Seattle Vocational Institute, later relocating to the Bay Area and earning his barbering license from Hinton Barber College in 2015. After years of refining his craft in barbershops, Reggie opened The ButterShop Grooming Parlor in 2017—an upscale grooming space dedicated to precision, professionalism, and an exceptional client experience.

With a strong passion for service and education, Reggie currently teaches at Hinton Barber College, guiding future professionals in the art and business of barbering. His commitment to quality, consistency, and pushing the craft forward has made him a respected figure in the industry and a trusted mentor for the next generation of barbers.
