Traditional liposuction removes fat cells and they do not return to their previous home.
However
As humans put weight will always fluctuate.
So if you remove the fat cells where are they going to return?

Luckily for this client they went to a more natural space.

So we have all tried these crazy fad diets right? You know the ones that you slim down SO fast but once you have one day off everything comes back? 😭

I have tried it all. Bought it all.
The only thing that has helped me personally is body contouring. Targeting the stubborn fat that normal diet and exercise won’t touch.
Watching my waist line slim down encourages me to be mindful of what I’m eating. Knowing I just spent a good amount of time on a treatment and wanting the best results pushes me to go out and walk.
Idk I’m probably bias but I love it 😘

Okay to be completely honest at first I thought wood therapy was a complete gimmick 😅
I went ahead and got certified anyways and had all the tools tucked away in my room. It doesn’t hurt to have it right? One evening I decided to dive deeper into this technique and it sparked some curiosity in me.
Does this actually work long term? Or is it just an instant result that dissipates after a day or so? The only way I would learn is to experiment on myself 😅
One session….and one week. That was the test.

Just one session and those bumps and lumps on my tummy pack are significantly smaller. You know those bumps right? The ones the you pinch your skin and feel something harder? They are not solid but just….there.
After one session they got smaller? It seemed too good to be true 🤨
So I gave it a week. To my pleasant surprise they are still so much SMALLER.
I should have been doing this the whole darn time! 😅😂
But ya live and ya learn 🤷🏼‍♀️

My name is Amber and I’ve been contouring for over 2 years. I started this journey a few months after I had my twin boys. I desperately wanted a tummy tuck but the thought of going under and the recovery kept me from going through with the surgery. It just wasn’t for me 🥲. So I started researching ways to help my sad saggy stomach on my own. At first I found laser lipo and was absolutely amazed but I wanted MORE.
I wanted to tighten lift and fluff everything! That’s when I purchased my first contouring machine. I was hooked! And pretty darn good at it too!
I started sharing my new found gift with my friends and family. I loved spending time chatting away while helping boost my tribe’s confidence. My little hobby was turning into a movement 😍
That’s when my childhood friend kicked my butt into gear. (.ink 😘😘)
She pushed me out of my comfort zone and encouraged me to open my business. Since then I have been sculpting confidence session by session.
