We are happy to announce that we are open!

We as a business are taking every precaution to protect the safety and well-being of our clients and ourselves.

Here is what we are doing to provide the safety of our staff and our clients during Covid-19:

~The tHAIRapy Lounge disinfects commonly used surfaces: counters, reception area, door handles, light switches, phones
~There will be no tester products
~No magazines or coffee bar available at this time to reduce touch points
~Each room will have hand sanitizer
~Each room will be sanitized after every client: station counters, drawers, hand mirrors, any products used, tray and chairs
~Clean drape for everyone client
~Clean and disinfect shampoo bowl after every use
~Clean and disinfect dryer chair after every use

~Please maintain social distancing in waiting area
~Due to the limited number of people allowed in the salon, no additional people are allowed to accompany you to your appointment
~Retail is No Touch, your stylist can help you with your purchase
~Please check your temperature before entering The tHAIRapy Lounge and do an overall wellness check
~Hand washing or sanitizer before every service
~Face covering will be worn by service provider and clients
~All appointments now have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations made after that time or missed will be charged 50% cancellation fee before a new appointment will be rebooked
~We reserve the right to refuse service
