Arctic Chiropractic is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with the public, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in health and wellness.

➡️Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Greet and assist patients upon arrival
• Perform daily office administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and email management
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area
• Communicate clearly with chiropractic providers and massage therapists regarding schedules and patient needs
• Assist with light marketing tasks such as visiting local businesses and distributing promotional materials
• Learn and follow clinic protocols, including training on treatment modalities, patient flow, and care plans
• Working directly with an in-house biller.

➡️Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with patients, families, and community members
• Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask efficiently
• Basic computer and office software skills, including scanning and digital filing
• Interest in healthcare or wellness is a plus
• Prior front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred (but not required – we’re happy to train the right person!)
