As a service provider you have to know when to hold them and when to fold them.

Specifically for me… a kids braider… I have to cater to 2 customers, the kid and the parent. I believe being a parent helps a lot way in what I do because because I know how to approach most situations and get the job done.

Sometimes it’s the parent sometimes it’s servicing the kid and It is never easy choosing not to service someone but it is more peaceful for me.

I just want my clients to have the best experience possible when sitting with me so making sure we are compatible is key 🩷
