So, you might have noticed that when trying to book your latest appointment, that it might not have been so easy to find your favorite time slot. This is because there has been a steady influx of new clients needing to get in to see me. This is a double edged sword in that it’s great for me but not so great for you. I have noticed a slight thinning of my original regulars and I think that a lot of y’all might not be able to get the times that you were once able to get so easily before. I can’t express to y’all how much each and every one you mean to me and I would HATE losing you as a client because of a silly scheduling conflict. And I do believe that will happen if you go to book ur appointment and once, no luck…twice, no luck…and youll go somewhere else no matter how much you like me or my haircuts. So, the only way to get around this is when you are booking your next appointment, I implore you, puh-leeze set up a recurring booking!! Right above where you Add Service there’s a spot that says Repeats >. Click on that and set it up for whatever you want. It’s very easy and then ur guaranteed to get the time you want. Youll get a reminder the week before and if you wanna reschedule or cancel , do it then, no biggie. I hope this email explanation helps and I hope to see everyone’s happy smiling faces soon.
