I don't do as many fun formal styles or makeup as I used to, but it is always so fun when I do. My beautiful daughter is growing up way too fast. 😭 So happy she had a great time at the Lowndes Highschool Hoco 2026!

Because of course I would forget to take before pics of this amazing transformation! 😭🤷🤦🤦. Always a blast with this amazing client/friend! She always brings me something fun to do for her, challenging yes, but fun nonetheless. 🤗😉🤣 A custom Danger Jones color formula came in clutch for this, since the colors I wanted to use from Pulp Riot have been out of stock for a while now. Hustler with just a lil sprinkle of Masquerade to help it stay on the more pinky/purple side of a berry magenta shade and not too just hot pink. Pictures just don't even do it justice 😍😍😍😍

Forgot to take a pic before we did a rough precut of a few inches off, before the color and highlight application, but we at least got one before the color and highlights. This lovely client of mine, hadn't had any color in about 2years, she wanted a warmer base color, and grey coverage, so we took her to a richer chocolate brown, with honey blonde highlights. Plus, brought her hair up to a more stylish long bob with mid-long layers. Amazing! I told her husband he had to take her out to dinner that night and show her off! 😍😉

Important announcement! All appointments with me for your hair care services as of tomorrow Wednesday September 2nd will now be at my new salon location located at 411 Cowart avenue Suite B in Valdosta still. When you turn into the complex my sweet is the second door on the right. If the door is locked please ring the doorbell, and my business name is on the window to the door. It's still a work in progress but I'm still so excited to start this new chapter of Salon ownership and cannot wait to show everyone what I have been working so hard on for the last couple of months. I have literally bled, sweated, and cried making this dream a reality, I even almost gave up at the halfway point, but then I remembered who I am, and that those defeating/negative thoughts were just the devil in my ear trying to stop me when I was so close!! So, I picked myself back up, and did something I am sadly not good at, I asked for help, help with finishing everything, financial help, and help in the form of Amazon, Home Depot l, and Walmart wishlists/registries! And when my friends/clients and my sister came through for me in such big ways, I literally cried, and again almost let negative thoughts of not being worthy bring me down again, but I prayed and then pushed through again. I cannot thank my clients, friends and family enough for all of their love, inspiring/supportive words, and for helping me in so many different ways to make this dream a reality. I am finishing up getting the salon all put together today, and will be starting Haircare Services there this week, and am so excited!

Sometimes this guy here stays away from my chair for far too long, lol 😆 and then I have to really work for it! Don't worry swimming and working outdoors for a couple days evened out his helmet hair tan lines lol😉☺️

Whenever someone wants to embrace their natural salt& pepper it's never an easy process for a number of reasons; from fighting dark levels and tones, to ensuring you are still keeping the integrity of their hair. Luckily after almost a year with a different person this sweet client was able to find me, knew to trust the process. After 2 visits in my chair and "following the assignment" of doing the at home care recommendations, we were able to mimic her natural salt and pepper in a way that just should not be possible lol.
