I’m almost in my second trimester of this pregnancy & I will not be taking squeeze-ins or last minute openings to avoid burnout. Lowndes returns to school on August 5th, I’m not sure about Valdosta or the other surrounding counties, so please be sure you’re locked in. What do you see here? A messy kitchen right?😅 But look a little closer, what else do you see? I’ll tell you what’s there: love. Dedication. Perfect imperfections. REALNESS.
When I take my pictures & videos they’re usually all pretty & polished with the right angles & all the right lighting. But people only see the product, they don’t see the production. Welcome to the reality of it all! You may see stuff laying everywhere, but what’s really there is skill & talent. & here’s the catch: this ain’t even the HALF😅 I have a whole workshop in my garage full of more containers, more ingredients, more STUFF, so what you see here is me just preparing a few orders. I still have to go through all the other STUFF to ensure that I have what I need to fulfill my customers’ orders. I count my inventory; I order my inventory; I make the labels; I make the product; I package the product; I ship the product; I promote the product. & then guess what, I do it all over again. Guess what else? I do it all by myself, & I choose to have it that way because I know no one can put the TLC in my products like me.
I’m not seeking a pat on the back, nor am I seeking sympathy or validation as a solo entrepreneur, but what I am hoping to do is show people the REAL. Again, when you see the product & not the production, it’s easy for you to say “this should be cheaper” or “I’m not paying that for this”. Understand that when you purchase from a solopreneur, you’re not just paying for the product, you’re paying for their time & skill, & I can assure you no matter how much money they make, their time & skill isn’t something money can buy. Ask yourself, would you accept little of nothing after putting in hours of work & spending tons of money to handmake a natural product that works this good? I doubt it. So appreciate your solopreneurs, because we work 10x harder than the big guys who have employees working for them! Support a small business today♥️ (definitely mine because my products are bomb, period🤣)
