As most of you know, we’re still transitioning from Bare Bodies Sugaring to Sugar & Glow.
And I want to be honest — this transition has been harder than I expected. I still catch myself
answering the phone saying “Bare Bodies” out of habit. I still slip up in regular conversation and
have to correct myself. And it’s been a reminder that:
change is not easy… but change is necessary for growth.
None of us love change. We become trained and comfortable in our routines. Maybe we switch a
skincare brand or take a different route to work — but those are small changes. The big changes
— moving to a new home, a new job, welcoming a new family member, or rebranding a business
— those changes can make us feel like we’re navigating new territory with no map.
But staying still? That’s not an option. Staying stagnant means no growth, no elevation, no
expansion. And we are too powerful for that.
So as we move through this last quarter of the year, I encourage you to be proud of how far you’ve come — and open to the possibilities ahead. ✨ ✨Final Thoughts
