What a delight indeed 🌱
Many of you know I’ve worn several hats over the last 10 years and this hat…. this one is so special, familiar, fulfilling and it just feels so right. I don’t like to base my purpose in life on something that I do for a living but after such a long journey I can honestly say with every fiber of my being that I was meant to do this kind of work and the passion behind it feels like an eternal flame inside of me that just wants to spread to anyone who comes my way. I can look back in my life and say that every single job and route of school was necessary and a prerequisite to this very moment. Everything was perfect. Everything IS perfect… but perfection was never the objective… the objective was realizing that as long as I kept loving myself through all the waves I rode or crashed on to get here…that in the end, I would find myself right where I need to be in the universe doing exactly what my soul came here to do.
So this is your gentle reminder to give yourself grace, give yourself time, you DESERVE to take up space in the world even if your journey is still on the path of becoming.. you are exactly where you need to be 💚
Grateful is truly such an understatement for having this space to come to. Besides being a wife, mother, sister and friend there is nothing more that I love doing than being here setting up the space with peaceful intention and facilitating a time that you deserve to lean inward, allow restoration, self discovery, reverence, muscle awareness and remembering that your body is capable of healing itself if you just give it the attention it needs (I say this kind of broadly because obviously… there’s a lot to give to yourself besides just attention 😂).
Anyways, if you read this far… mahalo.. I love you. I hope you guys enjoyed this little GRWM in my space and listening to Duncan Trussell be right about life 💚

Aloha!!! It’s been awhile 😮💨😌
So let me talk story with y’all for a moment..
As many of you know.. I had a baby girl back in October and boy, oh boy, did her presence bring a shift of all perspectives and priorities in my life. All for the better, of course!! 💗 I can’t imagine being a mother at any other point in my life than right here and now. What a huge blessing to me she has been.
So, I was able to spend quite some time healing and adjusting to life. After 2 months pp, I went back to working as an LMT at Urschel Laboratory doing chair massages a few hours a week to slowly regain my strength in this new body.
Eventually, I spent a month back at the spa of Like Honey and Botanical Skin and body. By the end of that month, I knew I needed more time for me, for my husband and for more strength training in this body. I’m so blessed I was able to take more time off. Billy (my husband) is the realest. Anyways, a couple months passed and I just felt the urge to fly and spread my wings. With the help of my friends, family and loving husband.. I locked in a new space that feels so surreal to be in and I am so excited to announce that I am taking clients again as of.. TODAY 😂😉

I know I know… these days and hours are so limited… as a new mother I am navigating what I can handle and moving forward I do plan on adding a weekend day.. just not yet 🫶🏻
