📢 SERVICE UPDATE — WE STILL DO NOT HAVE RELIABLE CELL SERVICE

Unfortunately, the AT&T service issues in our area are still ongoing. We are having trouble receiving calls and texts, and even processing card payments has been difficult.

We know how frustrating this is when you’re trying to reach us, and trust me — we are just as frustrated. We have reported the issue repeatedly and were told it would be repaired, but as of today we are still without dependable service.

If you have tried calling or texting the salon and haven’t received a response, we are NOT ignoring you. We may simply not be receiving it.

We are doing everything we can to keep appointments running normally and find workarounds for payments until service is restored.

DIXIE UPDATE ❤️🙏

Our girl is finally HOME! ❤️

Dixie did not qualify for continued inpatient rehab under her insurance, so she has been released home with home health coming a few times a week to help her continue rebuilding her strength.

She has come such a long way from where we started. There is still a lot of healing and strengthening ahead, but being HOME is a huge milestone!

Thank you to everyone who has prayed for her, checked on her, donated, helped with her clients, and supported her through all of this. We truly cannot thank you enough.

Please keep those prayers coming as she continues this next part of her recovery at home. 🙏❤️

Still no service today! 8/14🫠

We apologize for the lack of service this week! Unfortunately, we have been dealing with an ongoing service outage in our area that has made it nearly impossible to receive calls or texts — and even taking payments has been a struggle.

This has been going on all week, and we were really hoping it would be resolved by today. At this point, we’re literally having to bum hotspots off clients with Verizon or T-Mobile just to get enough service to run the salon. 🤦🏻‍♀️

If you’ve tried to call or text and haven’t gotten a response, we promise we’re not ignoring you! Please bear with us while we wait for our service to be restored.
