If you’re finished with it, take the extra 10 seconds to put it away correctly. Leaning a bar against equipment or a wall is an accident waiting to happen.

Gym etiquette isn’t complicated, leave the gym better than you found it.

Kaci and I have poured countless hours, late nights, sweat, and heart into building Fitness Factory. Every wall, every piece of equipment, and every improvement represents our commitment to creating something our community can be proud of.
Here’s a little sneak peek at part of the journey. Looking back reminds us just how far we’ve come and we’re just getting started.

Some reasons are real. Most excuses are choices.
The truth is, a reason is something that truly prevents you from showing up.
An excuse is something you tell yourself so you don’t have to.
At Fitness Factory, we see people every day balancing careers, raising families, working long hours, and fighting through setbacks. They don’t always feel motivated. They don’t always have perfect conditions.
