As I head into my fall semester of nursing school, my spa hours will be changing!
(By Christmas I will be half way done!!💉😝🙌🏼)

While I’m still waiting to receive my clinical schedule, these will be my tentative hours through the semester. Once my clinicals are finalized, I’ll update everyone if anything needs to change.

If you currently have an appointment that conflicts with my new availability, you’ll be hearing from me this week so we can get you rescheduled at a time that works best!

Do your eyes burn after putting SPF on? Check to see if it’s a chemical or mineral sunscreen! 🧐

Chemical sunscreens are NOT bad!!! If you’re using one, keep using it! I prefer zinc-based (mineral) formulas because zinc oxide provides broad-spectrum UVA & UVB protection and is generally gentler for sensitive or acne-prone skin. It also tends to be less likely to migrate into the eyes and cause stinging

That said, a chemical sunscreen is ALWAYS better than no sunscreen!

The best sunscreen is the one you’ll actually wear. Wear SPF every single day, and don’t forget to reapply every 2 hours!
