Just feeling extra thankful today. 🤍
Little things like this remind me just how blessed I am.
I’m thankful for the Lord, for the amazing people He has placed in my life, and for all the little moments we get to share.
With fall here, I’m trying to slow down, enjoy the little things, soak in this beautiful season, and keep making memories with the people I’m blessed with!
Life is short. Enjoy the flowers. Enjoy the sunsets. Enjoy the people. Enjoy it all. 🤎🍂
God is good. Always.

October is looking like a VERY busy month for me, so I only have a few days available for massage this month! 🤎
Between my dad’s birthday, my mom’s first birthday in Heaven, my own birthday, a few weddings, and trying to soak up every bit of fall while it’s here… October is definitely a full one. 🥹🍂
I’m so grateful for all of you who continue to support my little business and are patient with me as I navigate a busy and emotional season of life. 🤍
If you’ve been thinking about booking a massage, take a look at the October schedule and grab one of the few spots available! Once they’re gone, they’re gone for the month.
Thank you for always supporting Golden Hour Massage — it truly means more than you know. 🫶🏼

FINALLY back to feeling good!
Day 1 - of getting back in the groove of working out, eating good, and choosing myself. Excited to get you in the office and feeling good as well, book that massage and give yourself a start date!
❤️🌿🌄
Little sappy post to all of you!!!
The last few weeks have been some of the hardest weeks of my life, and stepping away from my business and my clients was something I never imagined I would have to do. I’ve been a little quiet, a little emotional, and honestly just trying to take things one day at a time.
The kindness, patience, prayers, messages, check-ins, and understanding you all have shown me have meant more than I could ever put into words. Thank you for giving me the space to be with my family, while also reminding me that I have so many people in my corner.
GOD IS GOOD, EVEN WHEN LIFE IS NOT.
Even when I don’t understand the why. Even when my heart hurts. Even when life looks completely different than I imagined. He is still good. He is still faithful. And I’m choosing to trust Him through it all. ✝️🤍

Thank you all so much for your patience, prayers, and support during this difficult time. It has truly meant soooo much to me and my family.
I’m so ready to get back to a schedule and back to doing what I love! I can’t wait to see all of my regular clients again, catch up on life, hear what you’ve been up to, and welcome some new faces into the office too.
Here are the dates I’ll be opening up for massage appointments! I’m so excited to be back. And thank you all so so much!! 🩷
