This is only 3 sessions, we are half way through her series.
I will say, I can start seeing a difference at 3 sessions but to get better results it is recommended to come in for a series of 6 or more.
It is important to DRINK YOUR WATER, exercise and eat right. Doing body sculpting is a great addition to your new journey. To see the best results, you will have to put in work on your end as well.
