✨ Client Love ✨
I’m deeply grateful for this beautiful review and for the trust placed in my work.
Every session at MaPahtia is created with intention—honoring the body, the lymphatic system, and the deeper layers of healing that happen when we feel safe, seen, and supported.
Lymphatic drainage isn’t just about reducing swelling or fluid buildup (though that relief can be life-changing). It’s also about restoring flow, grounding the nervous system, and helping the body remember how to heal itself.
My work is rooted in holistic healing traditions that view wellness as multidimensional—physical, emotional, and spiritual. When these layers are supported together, real restoration happens.
Thank you to my clients who allow me to do this work and to those who share their experiences so others can find support too 🤍

Massage is a reset for the body and the nervous system — helping release tension, support circulation, and bring you back into balance after a long year.
January is a time to slow down, breathe deeper, and support your body gently as it adjusts to a new rhythm.
If you’ve been feeling tight, tired, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your body, this is your sign to rest and restore.

Panquetzaliztli, a sacred season honoring the solar rebirth that aligns with the winter solstice energy…
Today we honor the Raising of the Banners — a powerful Mexica observance devoted to Huitzilopochtli, the solar warrior, hummingbird spirit, and protector of the sun’s return.
This marks the longest night of the year, a threshold where darkness reaches its peak and light is slowly reborn. In this season, fire was kept alive, banners were raised, and devotion was practiced — not out of fear, but out of responsibility. The people understood that balance is tended, not promised.
Panquetzaliztli teaches us that endurance is sacred.
That strength is built quietly.
That even in stillness, the sun is gathering itself.
Today we pause to honor what we survived this year.
We acknowledge the battles we endured in silence.
We tend the inner fire that refused to go out.
As the days begin to lengthen, may your spirit rise with the returning light.
May what is weary find rest.
May what is true stand firm.
May your inner banner be raised for what you are here to protect.
From the longest night, the light returns.
From devotion, strength is renewed.
From winter, life begins again.
🔥🌞 Panquetzaliztli lives on — in remembrance, ritual, and the fire we carry forward.

La Virgen de Guadalupe 🌹
Mother of compassion and miracles.
Today we honor her grace, protection, and healing presence.
I hold a deep connection and lifelong affinity with her guidance. ✨🙏

In the old matriarch bloodlines of curanderas/healers:
• Healing was passed orally — through storytelling, dreams, secrets, and apprenticeship
• Knowledge lived in the hands, the voice, the herbs, and spirit ceremonies
• Curanderas were often bridges between worlds, not fully belonging to one side, but translating both
• They healed family, community, illness, heartbreak, spirit loss, childbirth, grief 🕯️
And tonight, the sky gives its own twins:
Castor — keeper of the unseen ✨
Pollux — the gifted healing hands 💫
Mirroring the medicine inherited, and the becoming healer🌙
This Gemini Full Moon activates something deeper for healer descendants today — the evolution of the lineage and the healing of the body itself.
♊ Gemini rules the arms and hands — the channels of healing touch, connection, and intention.
♊ It governs the lungs and breath — where sadness, grief, and unspoken pain often lives.
♊ It represents breathing and release — exhaling heaviness, crying out old sorrow, letting the lungs empty what the heart carried for far too long.
Gemini medicine is a two-handed healing:
One arm holds ancestral ways,
The other reaches to the ways of the world.
One breath honors the past,
The next breath releases old sadness stored in the body — especially the unshed tears of sadness and sacrifice that lived in silence.
So tonight I close my eyes, place both palms over my heart, and whisper:
“I heal with inherited hands and an evolved voice.
I release the old silence of my lineage and carry the new story forward.
My breath is my cleanse. My voice is my limpia.” 🕊️🔥
If you feel called to: speak the truth, heal the body, release the sadness
evolve your gifts
This last full moon of 2025 is talking to you too.
With ancestral gratitude + healthy lungs + steady hands,
Francine 🌙🖤 — healer of the old, and the now.
