During the class we will discuss the variety of possible medicinal benefits of both varieties of the Nettles that are found locally here in the Pacific Northwest and readily available at the Apothecary year round. We will discuss making tinctures, infused oils, scrubs, teas and bath soaks. Everybody that participates in the class will have products that they make and take home with them that day.
