This year taught me that stress shows up in the body, healing takes time, and strength isn’t always loud.
I’ve had to slow down, reset, and rebuild—physically and mentally.
But that’s where real growth happens.
Not perfect—but stronger, wiser, and more intentional than ever.

This is my go-to bowl when my body needs extra care 🍜💛

Warm, soothing miso soup with shrimp, seaweed & shiitake mushrooms—simple, nourishing, and exactly what I crave on those low-energy, sensitive days.

As a massage therapist, I always say: healing isn’t just what you do to your body… it’s what you give it.

And sometimes, it’s as simple as a warm bowl of comfort ✨

If you deal with chronic headaches or neck tightness, this one’s for you. There’s a tiny but powerful muscle group at the base of your skull called the suboccipitals — and they are almost always involved when my clients come in with head and neck tension. I’m showing you how to release them yourself at home. Save this for the next time a headache starts creeping in. 💆

One of the biggest reasons I’m able to help clients with such a wide range of pain conditions is the advanced training I received through the with Dr. Ross Turchaninov.
This education taught me how to properly evaluate the body, palpate specific structures, and identify the true source of muscle tension and pain patterns. That level of clinical understanding has made a profound difference in my practice, allowing me to approach each client with a precise treatment plan tailored to their unique condition.

It has given me the tools to address complex muscular issues more effectively and help people regain movement, comfort, and freedom from pain.

Jaw pain. Headaches. Facial tension. 😣 If TMJ has been making your life miserable, this 30-second stretch is your new best friend. Save this and do it every single day. Your jaw will thank you. 🙌

Many chronic headaches are not just neurological — they are muscular and nerve-related.
Tension in the neck, jaw, and base of the skull can irritate nerves that travel into the scalp and temples.

When these tissues are released through targeted medical massage therapy, many people experience significant reduction in headache frequency and intensity.

There is often a structural reason behind chronic headaches — and it can be treated.
