Lip Blush Outline tips:

1. Movements should be very slow and short
2. You should only work with the tip of the needle
3. Fingers should find their own comfortable position to hold the lips during the work- to have control and stability
4. The line should only be noticeable when you stretch the lip to have joined coverage with mail lip coverage
