Here is a peek at my competition sets, I placed 7th and 9th 🙏✨🥰💝 There were so many great artists I'm really glad to get a Top 10 position!

For my mixed media set I painted using colors from using the Greek Islands as my Inspo for a mixture of sea, history, the sunsets and architecture ✨
Mediums used were gel paint, acrylic for texture, water to fill nails, dish soap to texture wet gel, caviar beads, confetti, glitter, mylar, blooming gel, chrome, 3D Gel, matte gel & gloss hard gel.
Always a great time meeting other techs and artists and being able to take classes from some of the best in the industry, excited for the next one 🙏💝🥰

Photo dump and life update dump- I have been so bad at posting regularly lately but I swear I'm still doing nails 💅😭 most of my regulars already know but for those who don't I have been doing Tattoo School and Spanish School for the last couple of months. I am exhausted but fulfilled and so busy but feeling a like a lil sponge with new things to do. I have always thought about trying out tattooing and have taken courses from online teachers but finally decided to send it and take the goal seriously and sign up for a local school. Yes I'll still be doing nails full time, I refuse to give up my love of sculpting and nail art and of course my clients haha. But I am excited to try out a new medium and have some fun with it. I'm currently learning at in Southeast Portland and will soon start posting when I'm ready to take clients there.
Spanish is also something I have always wanted to be fluent at. I took a few years in high school then never used it, and have been on Duolingo for ten years with also no regular practice in speaking. So another goal that I'm trying to work into. I have been going to in Vancouver for a couple months now and I have so many good things to say about Chelsi and her school. I have learned more in almost a full term with her than I have in years of practice on Duolingo. She's a great teacher and I enjoy the small class size with fun classmates.
So here soon I plan on posting more of my actual art outside of nails. Most of you know I paint and love photography, so I will also be sharing more of that with tattooing now in the mix as well. If you've read this far you're a real one ILY. Posting and sharing my art is hard cause I'm a softy and am shy about my art even tho I'll post nails all day long, being vulnerable is a always a work in progress for me but I'm excited for this tattooing journey, so more to come!!
