I’ve been busy with life but wanted to share an event happening next month downtown Vancouver. I’ll be giving Henna at this years relay for life at ester short park September 17th. It’s a great time to celebrate life, fight back against cancer, and support and stand together as we come together to do something positive for our community and the world. I’m loving the look and meaning behind these mandala henna designs I did recently. traditionally Henna is not done on the legs, mostly it’s the hands and feet... but I think it’s a fun, unique way to bring some Healing good vibes art into your body and life... ❤️💛💚

I love how this turned out this week for my self care, the contrasting dark then light of henna still sometimes takes my breath away. I think it’s beautiful that it reminds me nothing is permanent, to embrace change, living in the moment, enjoying every last second of beauty this amazing life offers us... ❤️💛💚
