Was embarrassed to even post this, but sometimes life throws curve balls and depression and you loose yourself a bit!! AND THATS OK!!! Beauty is subjective and a lot of people told me how great I looked in the before pictures!!but "I" personally didn't feel my best and wanted to get into a healthier lifestyle!! This last year I found myself again and am so proud with myself and the hard work I put in. I had an amazing gym partner though that PUSHED me to no end and never let me give up!! No peptides. No shortcuts.
Just discipline, consistency, and learning to choose myself every single day. HARD WORK PAYS OFF!!!

Hey guys 🤍 I know I’ve been a little absent lately. I’ve been taking some much needed time for myself, resetting, healing, and focusing on me for a bit. Right now I’m enjoying some vacation time, soaking up the sunshine, and trying to get back to feeling like myself again ☀️✨
