I started working out at 18, not because I was out of shape, but because I wanted to add muscle and feel better about myself. As an exotic entertainer and model, I constantly compared myself to women with hard bodies, which made me overly critical of my appearance. Fitness helped me shift my mindset, not just my body.

After having my son and eating everything I wanted, I reached 165 pounds and felt lost. I found a program I loved, stuck with it for three months, and dropped down to 130 pounds. I was coaching about a dozen people do the same and LOVED it.

Later, in 2017, I took my fitness to the next level with a professional bodybuilder, reaching my peak physique in 2020. But when COVID hit, I fell into a deep depression. It’s been an upward trending roller coaster 🎢…

Since April, Not only have I changed my water which gives me all the energy I need, I’ve got back into the gym and learned all about losing and gaining and gaining and losing, all over again. I’ve earned my Personal Training Certification and am ready to help others transform their lives through fitness, health, and wellness. Fitness has changed my life, and I’m passionate about helping others achieve the same. Not to mention, being a Life Coach, I can now offer so much more to my client’s specific needs. I also have a terrific business opportunity and the best community to go with it 🧨

I’m mainly focusing at online coaching while I run my beauty business and am still going through the whole business model and options for my clients.

🌧️ **Rainy August Blues? Not a Chance!** ☔️

Yes, it's still August, and the rain has me feeling a bit down and unmotivated—but I didn’t let that stop me! Instead, I pushed through, hit the gym, and now I'm kicking ass, feeling absolutely fantastic! 💪

I always say: Persevere, push through, and keep that determination strong. Your goals are worth it! But don't forget, fueling your body properly is key. And when it comes to hydration—hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! We’re over 70% water, so replenishing that hydration is essential, more often than you might think! 💧
