What's up, everyone.... it's only been 886 days since I posted....oops. I am saddened by the reason I'm posting today. The property that my salon sits was recently sold and purchased, and the the dreaded inevitable is occurring. My tenancy will be up by Aug 31. I do not have any concrete plans yet, so all I can do is trust in what I've gained the last ten years, and navigate the sea of uncertainty to my next destination. I still plan on doing hair, so don't abandon ship just yet! I will find a place to move my business. If u want to support me between now and Aug 31, simply get your appointments booked in the next three weeks, so I can spend the last week moving it all out. I will be opening up my schedule to start at noon,every day, as well as later on Mondays and Fridays, which I normally dont work (after 8pm). I will need all the appointments I can get to satisfy both my deadline here and move in costs elsewhere. I am going to face this challenge w optimism and gratitude. Ten years is a good run! I have met so many people, and experienced so many connections at the heart and soul level, that i know ive been exactly where i was meant to be. I couldn't have guessed at the start of this journey that it's so much MORE than just doing peoples hair. I have had talks with complete strangers in my chair powerful enough to have restored me and redefined my purpose. I can only hope that I have ignited such a flame for some of u as well. I didnt expect to get rich doing this kind of work, but i feel it in the spiritual sense 100%. Thanks to everyone for your love and support. I will share updates as they come in.
