Pulls everything together and can make a huge difference in the maintenance schedule.
I see this client every 16 weeks for some foil work. Typically 2 partials and 1 full per year and we occasionally sprinkle in an additional 1-2 appointments yearly for glosses.
We trim with every 16 week appointment and always maintain a long but healthy length.
Hairline thoughts
For a softer lived in look where the hairline recedes, place a micro weave in the foil and do 2 foils only.
The bold sections are placed only where the hairline is full and dense…typically 3 foils (two back to back for a pop and one to soften the transition into the section behind it)

It’s the small things. Happy Saturday.
Hairline Foils.
If your goal is a bright hairline, your placement is vital.
I do this by avoiding pockets of darkness so when your client pulls her hair back all you see is a soft ribbon of blonde from one ear to the other.
Foil brush out at the bowl.
I love doing this! Seeing the placement, blending it all together and helping to brighten the ends a bit.
Hands-on training. Not just learning - refining technique, troubleshooting, customization, and confidence behind the chair.

Overdue refresh
• Soft foil application throughout the crown = subtle growout
• Tipped out ends = pops of brightness
• Back to back foils in the hairline = ribbon of blonde to frame the face
• Root tap on wet hair melted into a blonde gloss = soft seamless growout and overall bright natural blonde
