Scrolling through my photos, I was looking for something hair-related to post, but all I saw was a year of living. It reminded me of the purpose behind my move to Arizona: to find myself, live differently, and truly experience the little things.

While I love doing hair, taking a break from the constant salon hustle was exactly what I needed to find out who I am outside of my craft. This year has been a blessing, and I wouldn’t change a thing about the journey. Things are going to look different now, but change is good. 💖

Two sessions to achieve this beautiful soft dimensional blonde 🤩 my client was patient and used all at home recommended products to set herself up for success. Now her maintenance looks like every 8-10 weeks for a haircut and color refresh. 💖

5 years of nothing but growth, genuine connection, and so many new faces. This career has been the best thing for me in my young adult life. I have made memories to last a lifetime, coworkers and clients that have turned to friends, the overall amount of love and support that has come from my communities is truly fulfilling. Every single day I get to wake up and do something I love. I look forward to every conversation, every monumental moment in your lives. I am so grateful to be in a space that allows for such intimate and carefree moments. 20 year old Teyah had no idea that the last 5 years of her life would never matter anymore. That you can change the trajectory of your life by make the right choices for YOU.

Our goal with this new guest was to add depth and dimension back into her lightened hair. By using a root melt and lowlights we created a faux balayage look. 🤩
