Cherish & Nurture Collective
My passion is to help you cherish and nurture your body so you can be your best self physically, men
Make your foam roll practice better:
1. Matching the right density to your body: for tender areas, go for soft and squishy foam rollers. has some really great options. I prefer an air roller that you can alter the psi of by
2. Roll places other than just where it hurts. If your back or hips are your focus, roll out your legs, and go beyond the IT band!
3. Pause and breathe- sometimes you can soften an area by doing less.
4. Activate engagement with your muscles without rolling. Just let the pressure and engagement of the muscle activation work for you. The roller doesn't have to constantly be rolling.
Making faces helps, too.

Communication creates better results and a safer nervous system response.
You hired us for one job- to provide ease and comfort. Am I right?
Please, tell us if we didn't get it right the first time, we don't want that thought repeating through your head during the whole massage. That's not ideal for either of us, promise.

One of the sweetest benefits of pregnancy massage: slowing mama down long enough for a massage and getting that oxytocin flowwwwwing.
I love witnessing a mama feel their little baby dancing during massage from that oxytocin boost...
Sometime around 20 weeks, moms begin to feel the flutters of movement. Massage releases feel good chemicals in the body, and even the baby feels the release of oxytocin, the bonding hormone for mom and baby. During massage, the flutters usually kick up a notch because of this and it can be really exciting for moms to feel those sensations intensified.
Do you know a mom-to-be that could benefit from a prenatal massage?

Recently, I was asked what to do
Inner thigh work can be brutal. But it doesn't have to be.
If you struggle with pressure in this area, you have options other than just avoiding it (been there 🙋♀️) Most foam rollers are SO dense, but some manufacturers make softer options. If you need a recommendation, just ask!
