To ensure a relaxing experience for all our guests we ask that cell phones be silenced. Only use your cell phone if truly necessary. Even if you don't want to chat with your stylist, this will interfere with the stylist's work. If you need to catch up on emails and messages please limit to color or treatment processing time. Salon Argyll accepts Major Credit Cards and Cash and Check for hair services. There is a 3% discount for Cash payments. Payment is due at the time of service. A $30 charge will be added to returned checks. Extension hair services, hair products and retail merchandise may also be purchased using these methods. Extensions:
All Hair Extension services require a consultation which is always complimentary. A deposit that must be paid in advance the day you book your installation appointment. Extension hair must be pre-ordered as we do not stock hair at our salon. Extension hair deposit portion is non refundable, Extension hair is non-refundable. You will receive an information packet on how to care for your extensions and a copy of your signed client contract.
*Cost does not shipping. Hair can be available as soon as the next day. Shipping cost will be discussed in the consultation. MAINTENANCE
It is extremely important to stay on schedule with your recommended maintenance program. This extends the life of your extensions and to protect your natural hair from damage. See maintenance pricing. Cancellations:
Our stylists work independently and are not paid staff. We ask that you give your stylist 24-48 hours notice of cancellation, minimum, so that we are able to accommodate another client on the waiting list. We do understand that last minute scheduling conflicts can make it impossible to keep your scheduled reservation, We ask for your communication and respect in these instances. A deposit may be required for select services. No show appointments are recorded in our system, after a number of forgiven no shows we may ask that you pre-pay for your appointment. We stand behind our Eufora Products Should you find dissatisfaction with any of these products purchased we will gladly exchange within 30 days of original purchase date. Salon Argyll reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, excessive tardiness, no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.
