This website’s main goal is to educate you on the process of learning how to maintain a healthy lifestyle, while offering you products and resources that will help you towards this goal. Victorian Beauty was started in the year 2003, but under the name of Victorian Home. Victorian Home was ran by Diana Waggoner, who began the business for the sole purpose of wanting to do something that wasn’t commonly done by the average person. Within a short amount of time, her kitchen had seen the results of several experimental batches of soap. After trying out recipes that she had found online and had been referred to by friends, she finally created her own. The recipe that she created was unique in the eyes of so many people, because it only contained pure vegetable oils. Using a lye calculator, she created the perfect balance of Olive, Canola, Coconut and Palm oils. Throughout her years of experience with creating different kinds of soap, she was able to experiment with batches of goats milk soap, insert kinds of herbs into the mixture, and most especially she would use essential oils. After Diana had perfected her recipe and tested it multiple times, she had an idea. Within a few months, the experiments that had began in the kitchen turned into a full-fledged business. She was present at bazaars all over her local town and its surrounding cities. People would come because they knew the ‘soap lady’ would be present, or because they had heard about her soap and wanted to try it out for themselves. She was featured in the local newspaper, which made her soaps even more famous on a local level. Unfortunately, she gradually began to retire from the business in 2012 due to her growing family. In 2013 the business was revived by her daughters, Veronica and Therese. After doing the business for a year, Veronica life went a different direction and she decided to retire from it also. I am (Therese) now hoping to move the business forward into a new level, so that someday in the future I can say with certainty that everyone has the advantage of using Victorian Beauty’s all-natural soaps.
