Another day has passed.
The sunset hour extinguishes the daylight in cascades of color.
Like snowflakes, no two sunsets are ever the same.
It feels like a gift—
the quiet ending of one more precious day.

Gratitude opens our hearts.
The key is gratitude for everything even the not-so-pleasant stuff?
A breakup.
A fight.
A medical issue.
The loss of a loved one…

Can we honestly be grateful for the things we never wanted?

The real key to gratitude is learning to meet all circumstances with thanksgiving.

Blessings are everywhere.
Sometimes we’re just too blinded in the moment to see them.

With time, experience, and a little introspection…
we start to notice the gifts hidden inside every experience.

Next time you catch yourself spiraling into a negative loop about someone or something—
pause.
Look for the plus side.
It’s always there.

In the quiet of a path less traveled, my soul speaks with the waves, and the sun brightens my inner light.

Every day brings a choice: follow the footsteps of others, or forge your own way forward.

The future is yours to design or repeat.

Life will always have its rough waters. The secret is seeing every obstacle as a stepping stone toward growth and resilience.

The shift might not make the journey easy, but it changes how you carry the weight.

Do you ever dream of turtles?
They have many meanings.

Turtles typically mean slow and steady. Also patience, protection ( hard shell), resilience, wisdom.

My recent interpretation was about creating stability and nurturing emotions. Building a peaceful safe habitat and embracing feelings. It was a happy joyful dream with reminders of trusting innate wisdom.

Try a dream journal.
Start with a clear concise question before sleep. Ending with gratitude your answer has come easily and effortlessly.

Upon waking all you recall from your dream. Feelings colors and little details you recall.

You may be surprised by answers that arise!
Have fun!

Many say this, enjoy each day or live to the fullest, but do we embrace it?

Enjoy each day! We never know when it will be our last ( in this realm we call earth.)

Life is teaching me, I think I may be a slow learner🤣
I have seen first hand those I love die young, literally drop dead, I hear similar stories from clients and other loved ones.

I learn of those on the edge of retirement with beautiful plans squashed by a cancer diagnosis or thwarted by a debilitating disease.

I choose to live life, love all, be kind, forgive and do my best…do my best to follow through but that’s part of living🤣🤣

Take a moment and choose what you want. Do your best and just love yourself and love life.

The ending to a perfect day❤️

Before sleep set an intention. Write it in a bedside dream journal. Ask for help with something, ask for insight, ask for a direction to take or simply ask to be shown what you need to see. Then be grateful knowing it will be revealed to you during dream state.

Upon waking journal your dream. Colors feelings along with all you recall. Do this immediately upon waking ( otherwise we tend to forget).

When ready analyze your dream, Use AI, books or your intuition.

Dream journaling is a wonderful method to receive insights, direction and more.
