Next race: Chicago Marathon

thank you for giving my friends and family the opportunity to show me some love out on the Philadelphia course yesterday. To be loved like this is the greatest blessing. From my nephews to my other family members to the kids I coach to my friends, thank you thank you ❤️🥹 to be loved like this… I can’t even describe the smiles, laughs, (and tears) I shed on the race course listening to these.

When TOO many people recorded voice notes for me, and I had an extra one that I would not hear during the race, so I asked to have it sent to me beforehand. hearing this 24 hours before the race is honestly probably even better than hearing it during. I assure you, I will be cooking 🤣🥹 and it meant the world. I love you! I can’t wait to hear all the other ones❤️

One day or day one. 🏃‍♀️✨

13 miles once felt like a difficult feat — not impossible, because I never believed it was. From that first half marathon in 2019 to my fifth marathon — and my fastest yet — 3:24:58 at the Chicago Marathon.

There were days I doubted myself, mornings I didn’t want to lace up, miles that humbled me — but I never stopped showing up. Every run, every setback, every finish line led here.

And now, with Philadelphia and Boston on my schedule within the next year, I’ve never been more excited to see what’s still possible.

Because it was never about if — only when.

The running community is incredible, but it's not perfect. Sometimes it shows us the not-so-great side of competition. As a coach and a runner, my focus is on supporting others and pushing myself to be my best. Let's all keep striving for excellence - and remember, it's all about our own personal growth! ❤️😊🙏🏻
