Three-cheese chicken meatballs made with mozzarella, Romano & Asiago, garlic and onion, served in a flavorful white w**e sauce with Fresno chilies, jalapeños, minced garlic, fresh lemon, basil, giant capers, red onion, unsalted butter, sea salt, pepper, and chicken bone broth.
Paired with angel hair pasta cooked in chicken bone broth and a touch of butter, topped with freshly shaved Parmesan and of course, we had to have a salad! Romaine, grape tomatoes, purple onion, cucumber, shredded truffle Gouda, and a Northern Italian basil-Romano dressing.

A little elevated, a little indulgent, and perfect for a midweek dinner! Until next time… Dr. T is spilling the tea once again!

Last night’s dinner was a flavor explosion! Lamb chops, Brussels sprouts, Texas caviar, and fresh guacamole…bringing Mexican and Middle Eastern flavors together. I finished it with a drizzle of Texas hot honey and sliced Serrano peppers for the perfect sweet heat. Healthy, bold, spicy, sweet, and packed with that irresistible umami bite.

Today’s plate: juicy double-cut pork chops, bourbon hot honey mushroom sauce, and buttery sautéed cabbage. Every bite hits different!
