RL is proud to announce the arrival of Megan Drilling, our newest aesthetic provider and a Master Aesthetician with 13+ years of experience in advanced skin health. Megan joins us from one of Iowa’s top aesthetic practices, where she became known as a laser authority, a collaborative teammate, and a provider who builds genuine, lasting patient relationships. Patients who want a highly trained, results-driven provider who approaches skin with both precision and heart. Megan is Sciton-trained with extensive experience across Halo, Moxi, BBL, along with a wide range of clinical treatments including DiamondGlow, Hydrafacial, microneedling, RF microneedling, advanced chemical peels, dermaplaning, red light therapy, and more. She has a gift for crafting detailed, comprehensive treatment plans that evolve with each patient’s goals. Megan is passionate about education, thoughtful consultation, and helping patients understand the why behind each recommendation. She brings a blend of warmth, technical expertise, and genuine enthusiasm for skin health that we know our community will feel instantly. We can’t wait for you to meet her, and Megan is equally excited to begin this new chapter with the RL family.
