I was hesitant to post this, because no business woman wants to seem incompetent or publicly post their own mistakes. But I think this is something more stylists can relate to, even if they don't say it outloud. I think part of accountability and learning from your mistakes is acknowledging the lesson learned from them without shame.

•I love doing vivids
•I'll encourage you to make that scary, uncomfortable decision
•I'll be your unlicensed therapist (a "hairapist" if you will 😉)
•I have the right to remain silent, but not the ability to (I can't shut up)
•I'll trauma-dump back on you but that's what makes me funny
•I like other unhinged people who tend to make impulsive hair decisions, and then ask me to fix it for them (I dont mind color corrections- I get it)
