"I didn't speak any English when I first started at IMGC, so I relied on someone to translate. One day early on, my boss stopped us and encouraged me to try on my own. I remember thinking, maybe I can get through this moment, but what about next time, or worse, what if I have to do this over the phone? Still, I took a breath and gave it a try. It wasn't perfect, but something shifted in me. I learned that opportunity starts the moment you believe you can do more than you think, especially when “Someone believes in you first.”

Every visit to one of our grower partners is an opportunity to learn. Walking groves and touring packinghouses gives us a closer look at fruit quality, harvest timing, growing conditions, and the processes behind producing exceptional citrus.

Our Florida citrus orchards are at the peak of the growing season. Grapefruit, Valencia Juice Oranges, and Orri Mandarins are enjoying the Florida sun and daily afternoon showers, building the juiciness and flavor for which Florida is recognized.

Happiness comes in different varieties. Take a look at the packaging for our in-house brand, Happy Food. The brand is bright, approachable, and designed to make fresh citrus feel easy to enjoy. It’s a small way we bring a little more sunshine to everyday moments.🍊

During bloom, groves become active ecosystems filled with bees and other pollinators helping support stronger fruit production and healthier trees.

From bees to butterflies, flies, wasps, and beetles, these tiny workers play an important role in the season ahead. Great citrus isn’t just about what happens at harvest; it’s shaped by thousands of small decisions, and a lot of quiet work happening throughout the grove. 🐝

Recently our team visited our partner growers. Their journey began in southern Chile and after 5 days, 9,000 miles, 13 partner visits, 3 flights, 2 rental cars, and 1 bullet train, ended in Peru. The most valuable conversations often happen in the groves, over shared meals, and while getting to know the people behind the fruit.
