Starting to exercise, although I need a complete ankle replacement, a heart CATH, and various other health related tests. I was a bodybuilder and exercised myself into exausted failure every time I worked out. Now I'm paying the price and it's a nightmare. I hope all is well with my Friends on Meta for Business.

It's diet and training time again! It's also survival preparedness time. A BBQ, a freezer, and chicken is an excellent survival strategy.
As women, we know what areas of our bodies that need work. THE TRICEPS is one of those areas. Here I demonstrate the "TRICEPT PUSHDOWN WITH ROPE". This exercise will firm up flabby and unsightly triceps!
