Kirstin is an experienced stylist who truly loves what she does. With years of knowledge behind the chair and a creative eye, she has a way of making every guest feel comfortable, cared for, and right at home.
She loves creating customized looks that feel like you, with a special love for soft, natural, low-maintenance color and beautiful blondes.
What Kirstin loves most is the connection she shares with her guests. Whether she’s creating a beautiful new color or simply freshening up a haircut, she loves making each person in her chair feel comfortable, cared for, and special. For Kirstin, the best part is seeing her guests leave with a smile, feeling beautiful and confident.

Meet McKall
Hi, I’m McKall! I’m a mom and married to my best friend and high school sweetheart. I grew up here in Verona.
I’ve always had a creative side and a love for art, but I’ve also always loved connecting with people and making them feel heard, cared for, and comfortable. Becoming a hairstylist was the perfect way to bring those two things together.
As an experienced stylist, one of the things I value most is giving each person in my chair my full attention. I want your appointment to feel like a little break from the everyday—a chance to relax, feel cared for, and enjoy some well-deserved “me time.”
Whether you’re maintaining a haircut you love or ready to have some fun with a new color, my goal is for you to leave my chair feeling refreshed, confident, and completely yourself.

I find joy in the little every day pleasures. I don’t need grandiose....for me it’s a sunset. The moon rising. The way the light catches through the leaves. That feeling when you create a masterpiece and look back and admire.

Kelli is the talented stylist behind Lived In Beauty, an independent stylist inside Roses & Hope. 🌹
With years of experience, Kelli specializes in lived-in, dimensional color + effortless, customized cuts designed to feel beautiful, wearable, and completely you.
She began her career in the Chicago area before making Madison home. Pivot Point trained, Kelli has continued growing her craft through advanced education, including Bumble and bumble University in NYC.
But what she loves most? 🤍 The people in her chair. Creating beautiful hair, building genuine connections, and helping her clients leave feeling confident and cared for.
We’re so happy to have Kelli as part of the Roses & Hope community.
