Svaroopa Yoga class tomorrow will focus on a releasing tensions in the upper spine so that you can move that area with ease. This is the focus for May. Let me know if you would like to attend class. If you are new to svaroopa yoga I would suggest 2-3 private sessions before joining class.

Hello, I am Judy Dettwiler. I am a Svaroopa Yoga teacher in Verona, WI. Currently, I am teaching yoga on Zoom twice a week. I am so grateful to offer this style of yoga. It is a gentle, lazerbeam yoga targeted to release tensions from your tailbone to the top of your head.
