let’s be real for a moment…

it’s so easy to be hard on ourselves. i mean i have said to you all time and time again that we are our own worst critics, and perhaps i should listen to my own advice sometimes.

i have recently experienced some of the lowest lows of my life and have had days where i have struggled to see value in myself and/or like myself. (i’ll let you in on a little secret, though; you hold value and worthiness simply by existing. i know it can be easy at times to forget this when we are lacking clarity)

but there are good days too. and i guess i just share this to share that though my life may appear a certain way to everyone, i’m no stranger to suffering.

so here we celebrate the highs and the lows together, and (although it’s cliche) you are not alone. know it’s okay to ask for help. here’s to being more transparent and vulnerable 🤍
