Steel 110

Hey everyone.

I just wanted to touch base with you guys. As many of you may realize, with the stay as home order in place, I will be unable to reopen until May 1st, at the earliest. I hate it, and I know most everyone's hair is driving them nuts at this point. I've gotten a lot of messages asking me to come to homes to cut hair. While I would love to, the Board of Cosmetology has made it known that they could revoke my license if I get caught. This is my career guys. Its just not worth the risk. I also have to think of my family right now. I have to keep my daughter, Corey and myself safe.

A personal update. As far as money, right now I am good. I had a decent savings in place and have applied for unemployment and an SBA grant. So now I wait to see if I get approved for one or both.

Thank you so much for your continued support during these trying times. I hope everyone is hanging in there and staying safe. Much love to everyone and I can't wait to see you again.

As of now with the new shelter in place order, I will not be able to take clients until May 1st. I miss everyone terribly and I can't wait to get back to you guys. Hang tight!

Hey guys. Me again. So I was notified this evening by The Board of Cosmetology that I am no longer allowed to provide services because I am unable to keep a six foot distance while cutting. I will update everyone as soon I know when I am opening back up. Take care of yourselves. Love you all.

Hi guys. I just wanted to send out an update letting you all know that I am still here cutting hair. I plan to remain open until I no longer have childcare or the government shuts me down. I am sanitizing my chair, station and checkout between each client and have hand sanitizer for you to use as well. I am asking every client to run to the restroom and wash your hands before entering my suite.

If you have been sick at all within the last two weeks or have been around anyone that has been exposed, please refrain from coming. If you have traveled to another state within the last 2 weeks, please refrain from coming. I'm doing everything I can to stop the spread of this thing while still trying to take care of all of you guys and support my family. Thanks you all so much for your support and please take care of yourselves.

Hello everyone! We now have less than a week until Thanksgiving, so I just wanted to let you guys know that I have extended my hours! I will now be at the salon on Mondays from 10am to 4pm! So if you need to get in before the holiday arrives, you now have an extra day to do so! And for you last minute guys, I have also made it possible for you to book the same day, up to two hours in advance of your appointment time!

I will only be closed for Thanksgiving Day this year. I will be right back at it on Black Friday. And since its Black Friday, anyone who books that day will receive $5 off their service! So when you are done with the craziness of the day, come relax and enjoy that hot towel!

As for Christmas and New Years this year, I will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Day.

I had the honor to cutting sweet Adam's hair for the first time ever today! He did sooo good! Super proud of him! Thankful for his Momma and Daddy for placing their trust in me! 💙💙💙

Hey guys. I just wanted to let everyone know that I've decided to lower my prices back to $35! Nothing is changing in regards to the service you will receive. I just wanted to give you back a little for continuing to support me and this little business of mine.

Just a reminder that I do off a discount for referrals, so if you have any friends that could use my services, please send them my way!

And finally, I know my schedule changed pretty drastically when I had my daughter last year, but know that I am back in the salon full time now. I am here Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 7pm and on Saturdays from 10am to 3pm. So if you need me, I am here!
