Evey joined our salon team in December and has been working hard through our Protégé Program. With three years of prior experience she has continued to grow her skills, confidence, and artistry every step of the way — and we are so excited for this next chapter in her journey!

Full of energy, positivity, and creativity, Evey has a true passion for helping people feel good and express themselves through their hair. She especially thrives in fashion shades and highlighting, always prioritizing the health and integrity of her clients’ hair while blending technical skill with fun, personalized artistry.

Evey believes hair is a powerful form of self-expression and strives to create looks that feel authentic, unique, and confidence-boosting in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Outside of the salon, you’ll usually find her continuing her love for creativity through art, drawing, and hands-on crafts.

We are beyond proud of you, Evey, and cannot wait for our guests to experience your raw talent and personable spirit firsthand. 💛

We’ve been keeping a secret….and it’s finally time to share!!! 👏 Starting on Tuesday, we will have our newest signature stylist KARI, joining the crew! 🤩

Kari started her hair journey back in 2011 attending Paul Mitchell school in Orlando Florida. While in school, she assisted at Stella Luca, the #1 rated Salon in Orlando at the time. Upon graduation she accepted a chair and became a full-time stylist there.

In 2013 Kari decided to move back to New York to be with her high school sweetheart, Phil. Kari met and was trained by Emily chen and during her training, she gained extensive knowledge and experience in scissor work, managing texture, and dry cutting.

Two years later, Kari and Phil took off to Colorado together where they spent the next few years hiking through the mountains, four wheeling, camping, and enjoying the beauty of Colorado. During her years out west, she received training in an Aveda salon and gained a wealth of knowledge in environmentally friendly and sustainable hair care.

In 2017 Kari and Phil made the decision to come back to New York to be closer to family, get married, and begin a family of their own. Since returning to the East Coast, she has built a strong reputation for her work in classic and sophisticated styles, foil, work, blondes, and precision bobs.

Kari’s continued education includes Premier Orlando, ABS Chicago, masters of balayage in Nashville, as well as training from some of the industries most influential artists: globally renowned Oscar bond, and industry color-sensation, and celebrity stylist, Gina Bianca.

When not in the salon, Kari loves to camp, bake, run her flower business, and spend quality time with her husband and daughters.
