After nearly a year of learning, growing, practicing, and putting in the work, Alyvia has officially graduated from our Protégé Program and is stepping onto the floor as a New Talent Stylist at T Salon. ✂️

This program is no small commitment. It’s months of hands-on education, assisting, model work, refining techniques, building confidence, and learning what it really means to create an incredible experience behind the chair — and Alyvia has worked so hard to get here.

We’ve had the privilege of watching her grow from protégé to stylist, and now we get to watch her build a career of her own. 🥹

There’s a new face at T Salon 🤍

We’re so excited to officially welcome Elle, our newest Salon Protégé, to the T Salon team!

Elle is beginning her journey with us learning, creating, and growing alongside our team—and before you start seeing her around the salon, we thought you should get to know her!! 🫶🏻

What made you want to get into the hair industry?

“My sister (Alyvia) went into the hair industry, and it really opened my eyes to how much the industry has to offer. I’ve always loved being creative and making people feel confident, so it felt like the perfect career for me.”

What are you most excited to master?

Updos—especially editorial styles and getting to be part of someone’s special day. ✨ She’s also excited to dive deeper into blonding and lived-in color.

A hair trend you’re loving right now?

Embracing grey + enhancing what naturally makes your hair your hair. Elle loves the idea of working with what someone already has and making it shine.

The product you can’t live without?

Amika Hydro Rush Hair Mask + a spray bottle to keep those curls refreshed. 🌀

Go-to coffee order?

Brown sugar shaken espresso with banana cold foam. ☕️

Currently obsessed with?

Trying recipes she finds on Instagram, antique shopping, going out for lunch, and reading by the lake. 📖

The perfect day off?

Sleep in → Gilmore Girls → shopping → trying somewhere new for dinner → Heavenly Hash from Pittsford Dairy. 🍦

Basically… she’s going to fit in just fine around here. 🤍

Evey joined our salon team in December and has been working hard through our Protégé Program. With three years of prior experience she has continued to grow her skills, confidence, and artistry every step of the way — and we are so excited for this next chapter in her journey!

Full of energy, positivity, and creativity, Evey has a true passion for helping people feel good and express themselves through their hair. She especially thrives in fashion shades and highlighting, always prioritizing the health and integrity of her clients’ hair while blending technical skill with fun, personalized artistry.

Evey believes hair is a powerful form of self-expression and strives to create looks that feel authentic, unique, and confidence-boosting in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Outside of the salon, you’ll usually find her continuing her love for creativity through art, drawing, and hands-on crafts.
